Raspberry Coulis


  • 2 cups (500 mL) fresh FraiseBec raspberries
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) water
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) or more fructose


Let sit at room temperature for at least
one hour before passing through a sieve.


Frozen raspberries can also be used: one 10-oz.
package (300 g) frozen, sweetened raspberries.
Pass raspberries through a sieve to remove all seeds.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes approximately 1 cup
