Gold Medal for FraiseBec
September 18, 2018 – FraiseBec received the Gold Medal from the National Order of Agricultural Merit on September 18th during the 129th competition, which included 103 participating companies. This is the highest distinction awarded to companies that invest in the development of a dynamic, innovative, and profitable agri-food industry.
This is not the first time FraiseBec has received this distinction, having previously received a Bronze Award in 2008 and a Silver Award in 2013. This shows that this distinguished Canadian strawberry producer has been steadily growing for the past 10 years.

The prestigious 2016 Moisson d’Or Award!
On November 18, 2016, FraiseBec was awarded the Moisson d’Or Award by the Association des producteurs maraîchers du Québec (APMQ) for its exemplary contribution to the horticultural sector. This award recognizes the company’s significant achievements in marketing innovations and its business integrity, based on respect for its customers and peers.
A hat trick for FraiseBec in 2013!
FraiseBec’s expertise, products, and safety measures were recognized in more ways than one this fall. Canada’s largest strawberry producer finished second in the National Order of Agricultural Merit, SILVER category, and received the SILVER award at the regional level. In addition, FraiseBec received the Promutuel Award for the Laurentides region for its on-farm safety and prevention initiatives. Quite a hat trick for FraiseBec!
FraiseBec, Agri-Food Company of the Year in 2009
On June 12, the Thérèse-de Blainville Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized the 23rd Tribute to Success Gala, highlighting the exceptional efforts and performance of businesses in the MRC. During the event, FraiseBec received top honors in the Agri-Food Company of the Year category. Pictured here are Isabelle and Simon Charbonneau, managers and owners of FraiseBec (right).
First Prize in the 2009 My Farm My World Competition
This competition aims to promote original ideas in all areas of human resource management on farms. All agricultural businesses, regardless of their size, production, or location, were invited to participate, and FraiseBec emerged as the overall winner.
National Order of Agricultural Merit 2008: Bronze
On October 3, 2008, FraiseBec was awarded the Bronze Award from the National Order of Agricultural Merit, which recognizes the expertise of a Quebec agricultural business. This is one of the highest distinctions awarded to agricultural producers at the regional and national levels.
