INGREDIENTS
- 2 tortillas
- Havarti cheese
(or mozzarella), grated - 5 to 6 FraiseBec strawberries,
sliced - Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of cinnamon
PREPARATION
Generously sprinkle tortilla with grated havarti cheese.
Cover with thick slices of strawberry. Sprinkle with another layer of cheese.
Season with pinches of pepper and cinnamon.
Cover with a second tortilla and press gently.
Place in a slightly buttered non-stick saucepan on medium-high heat, and brown until cheese starts to melt, about 2 minutes each side.
Cut in four.
