This is why FraiseBec has adopted tunnel production, meaning our raspberry plants can now grow protected from anything that could prevent our succulent fruits from blooming to their full potential. Unlike a conventional greenhouse, tunnels are not closed on the sides. Our raspberry plants therefore benefit from a favorable climate and the pollinating activity of their precious allies, pollinating insects, while being protected from bad weather and morning dew. This way, our raspberry plants offer greater productivity and can be harvested at the optimal time of day. An additional benefit of this production method, but not the least, is the extension of the season\u2014always too short!\u2014for this exceptional little fruit.<\/p>

True to its innovative approach, FraiseBec has also adopted pot cultivation, a technique that produces absolutely remarkable yields. This method imported from Europe, also called soilless cultivation, allows us to effectively overcome the constraints and other mood swings of Quebec’s weather; a major advantage!
