{"id":2209,"date":"2025-09-04T12:20:19","date_gmt":"2025-09-04T16:20:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fraisebec.dev.webloft.cloud\/recette\/small-raspberry-and-almonds-cakes\/"},"modified":"2025-09-04T12:20:19","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T16:20:19","slug":"small-raspberry-and-almonds-cakes","status":"publish","type":"wl_recettes","link":"https:\/\/fraisebec.com\/en\/recipe\/small-raspberry-and-almonds-cakes\/","title":{"rendered":"Small raspberry and almonds cakes"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"main\" class=\"barbotine\">\n<h3>INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n<ul id=\"list\">\n<li>250 ml (1 cup) of unbleached all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>180 ml (\u00be cup) of almond powder<\/li>\n<li>180 ml (\u00be cup)  of sugar<\/li>\n<li>5 ml (1 teaspoon) of baking powder<\/li>\n<li>0,5 ml (1\/8 teaspoon) of baking soda<\/li>\n<li>180 ml (\u00be cup) of plain yogurt 0 or 2% M.F.<\/li>\n<li>60 ml (\u00bc cup) of unsalted butter, melted<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>310 ml (1 \u00bc cup) of fresh or frozen raspberries<\/li>\n<li>60 ml (\u00bc cup) of sliced almonds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PREPARATION<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Place the grill in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 180&nbsp;\u00b0C (350&nbsp;\u00b0F). Place silicone or paper liners in 12 muffin molds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Save for later.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> In another bowl, mix yogurt, butter and the egg with a whip. Using a spatula, add the dry ingredients and mix until the flour is moistened. Add 250 ml (1 cup) of raspberries and gently fold.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Using an ice cream scoop of 60 ml (\u00bc cup), divide the dough in the molds. Top with remaining raspberries and almonds. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
