{"id":2221,"date":"2025-09-04T12:20:19","date_gmt":"2025-09-04T16:20:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fraisebec.dev.webloft.cloud\/recette\/raspberry-and-kefir-muffins\/"},"modified":"2025-09-04T12:20:19","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T16:20:19","slug":"raspberry-and-kefir-muffins","status":"publish","type":"wl_recettes","link":"https:\/\/fraisebec.com\/en\/recipe\/raspberry-and-kefir-muffins\/","title":{"rendered":"Raspberry and kefir muffins"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"main\" class=\"barbotine\">\n<h3>INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n<ul id=\"list\">\n<li>430 ml (1 3\/4 cup) of all-purpose unbleached floor<\/li>\n<li>150 ml (2\/3 cup) of brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>15 ml (1 tablespoon) of baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>250 ml (1 cup) of nature kefir or plain yogurt<\/li>\n<li>60 ml (1\/4 cup) of vegetal oil<\/li>\n<li>60 ml (1\/4 cup) of All-Bran cereals<\/li>\n<li>1 egg, ligthly beaten<\/li>\n<li>375 ml (1 1\/2 cup) of fresh or frozen raspberries<\/li>\n<li>30 ml (2 tablespoon) of granulated sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>PREPARATION<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Place the grill in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 190 \u00b0C (375 \u00b0F). Place paper liners in 12 muffin molds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> In a large bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder and sugar. Save for later.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> In another bowl, mix the kefir, oil, cereals and egg. Pour on the dry ingredients and gently mix with a spatula until the flour is moistened.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Add raspberries and gently mix.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> Divide the dough into the molds. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
