Raspberry, melon and mint salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1 liter (4 cups) of honey melons balls
- 500 ml (2 cups) of fresh raspberries
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of honey
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of fresh chopped mint
PREPARATION
1. In a large bowl, gently mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 day or until you’re ready to serve.
