Raspberry, melon and mint salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 liter (4 cups) of honey melons balls
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of fresh raspberries
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of honey
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of fresh chopped mint

PREPARATION

1. In a large bowl, gently mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 day or until you’re ready to serve.
