Strawberry Punch
INGREDIENTS
- 375 mL (1 ½ cups) FraiseBec strawberries, mashed
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) sugar
- 500 mL (2 cups) cold tea
- 2 containers of frozen pink lemonade concentrate (12 ½ oz. / 355 mL each)
- 1 (750 mL / 26 oz.) bottle ginger ale
- 1 (750 mL / 26 oz.) carbonated water (club soda)
- Ice cubes
PREPARATION
Puree strawberries, sugar and tea in food processor.
Mix this puree with lemonade, ginger ale and club soda in a punch bowl
or pitcher right before serving.
Serve this punch in tall glasses with ice cubes.
