Strawberry and bocconcinis salad

INGRÉDIENTS

  • 2 cups (500 ml) of fresh FraiseBec strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) of fresh mint finely chopped
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of cocktail bocconcinis
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml) of crushed pink pepper

STEPS

Remove the strawberry stalks and chop them.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.

Note

For this salad, we’ve used Saputo brand bocconcinis. 1 cup (250 ml) amounts to a 200 g container or 19 units.
