Strawberry popsicle
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups (750 ml) of fresh FraiseBec strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) of orange juice
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) of corn syrup
PREPARATION
1. In a food processor or a mixer, purée all ingredients. Pour in a popsicle mold and insert a stick in the center of each. Cover gently with a plastic film.
2. Freeze for 4 hours or until the popsicles are firm. To unmold, pass the mold quickly under lukewarm water.
(You can prepare the popsicles in advance. They keep for 2 weeks in the freezer)
