Pineapple Stuffed With Fresh Fruit Drizzled With Raspberry Coulis


  • 1 large pineapple
  • Fresh fruit (FraiseBec strawberries, melon balls,
    green grapes, blue grapes, cherries,
    diced peaches and pears, etc.)
  • Raspberry coulis


Remove a third of the pineapple including crown
(cut in a zigzag pattern).
Scoop out the pineapple, dice this flesh
(as well as the flesh from the top part of the pineapple) and
mix with other fresh fruit.
Fill the hollowed out pineapple husk with the diced pineapple
and other fresh fruit.
Drizzle each serving with raspberry coulis.
